Fincastles Downtown, located in the heart of Historic Downtown Greensboro, NC is serving the best hamburgers, po'boys, fresh cut fries,onion rings, pimento cheese, fried green tomatoes and much, much more. Fincastles has a fast, fresh, and local philosophical point of view when it comes to Food, Service and community service. We source as much of our product locally as we possibly can, and the only thing frozen in our restaurant is the ice and the ice cream. We use Certified Angus Beef, as well as, locally raised grass fed beef for our burgers. Our bread is locally baked by Loaf Bakery and Florida Bakery. All of our dairy products (milk, ice cream, butter, cream etc) comes from Homeland Creamery.
